Government Performance

The list is primarily intended for nonprofit groups interested in the implementation of the Government Performance and Results Act, although it is not limited and includes government, news, and private organizations. News and analyses of GRPA are issued sporadically, when there is something important or noteworthy upon which to report. Public Right to Know: Community Toxics Watch (CTW)

The Community Toxics Watch listserv covers issues surrounding the public's right to know about environmental hazards, including and beyond toxic chemicals in our communities and the Toxic Release Inventory. Topics include environmental reporting requirements, public access to environmental information, public participation, data quality, and gaps in data, as well as a host of other issues related to the public's right to know.
