OMB Extends Comment Period on Regulatory Reform

Update (3/30/09): Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 31, is the final day to submit comments to OMB. You can submit comments by emailing them to oira_submission@omb.eop.gov or faxing them to (202) 395–7245.
The White House Office of Management and Budget is extending the comment period on a Jan. 30 memo from President Obama which calls for reforming the regulatory process. The comment period had been scheduled to end today, but is now extended until March 31, according to a notice that will appear in tomorrow’s issue of the Federal Register.
