House Approps Committee Releases 302(b)s; Byrd Announces Markup Schedule The House Appropriations Committee has released its 302(b) allocations. Robert Byrd (D-WV) has announced his "intention to complete Full Committee action on all of the 12 appropriations bills by the end of July." The press release also indicates that that subcommittee markups are to begin the week of June 16, starting with Commerce, Justice, Science and Homeland Security on June 18.
