Federal Information Policy Analyst
Clayton Northouse joined OMB Watch in October of 2005 as an information policy analyst. He focuses on homeland security and information management in addition to environmental policy and open government issues.
Clayton graduated with a BA in philosophy from Reed College in 2002 and received an MA in philosophy from the University of Maryland in 2006.
Before joining OMB Watch, he served as a program manager at the Computer Ethics Institute and is the editor of Protecting What Matters: Liberty, Security, and Technology Since 9/11 (Brookings Institution Press, 2006), an anthology of essays with original contributions from Sen. Feingold, Sen. Kyl, Zoe Baird and others.
