Controversy over Homeland Security pick?

Tom Ridge's replacement as Secretary of Homeland Security -- former NYC Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik -- has just received this point and counterpoint over his qualifications from Slate, while Newsday has this op-ed noting a number of controversies that make him "a ticking time bomb."
